How we work:
We support clients with search and selection of candidates throughout the entire process. First, we meet with the hiring manager and with HR to discuss the role responsibilities and competencies. We assist clients in preparing a role profile and identifying the appropriate forums for advertising the role. We evaluate candidates’ CVs, after which we present a shortlist of suitable candidates.
Where necessary, we can support hiring managers in the candidate interview process. If required, we can also assist in making an offer and managing negotiation of the contract.
This means your hiring managers have more time for their core tasks; they need invest less time in shortlisting candidates for interview. Our comprehensive knowledge of the market enables us to introduce better candidates quickly.
